Laneige Lip Sleeping Mask

My prediction that I would buy a lot of lip products during my stay in Asia was right! Asia is a walhalla of beauty products. Great skin care, lip stains, and skin brightening cremes.

Before our tour, I made a list of beauty products that I really wanted to have a closer look at. I have to give a big thank you to Karima McKimmie for making it really easy for me with her Korean Makeup Haul video.

Of course I bought more than just the lip masks, but they are the first items I want to show to you. I purchased these without evening testing it. The Laneige Lip Sleeping Masks are an absolute cult product. The first one that I got was the classic version. I believe it is the same as the Berry scent. The lovely gift set flew with me to Germany. You get four pots, each with a different scent. Green is Apple Lime, orange is Grapefruit, creme is Vanilla and the red one is Berry. My favorite scents are the Apple Lime and Berry.

So how do these work? The Laneige Lip Sleeping Mask is a lip treatment you apply on your lips before you go to bed. During the night, it melts away dead skin cells, leaving your lips super smooth and ready for a new day of lipstick.

My lower lip can get a bit dry due to the weather, the heater, not enough hydration because of not drinking enough water, and also the application of lipstick, in particular, the matte ones.

Using this really helped my lips stay hydrated and soft. I love the little ritual of applying this before going to sleep. All lip pots come with a small applicator for hygienic use.

Do any of you know these? I made sure my friends in Europe also got one. When you love something, it is more fun to share.

Vanilla, Grapefruit, Apple Lime, and Berry.
The set cost $48 at the duty free shop at the airport.
