American Apparel - L'Esprit

by 3.4.13

Hi Sweets,

Spring is not really showing it's face at the moment, so I've decided to paint some spring on my nails. Pastels have returned in all the fashion magazines, blogs and shops.

I've been eying a nail polish from OPI's new collection; 'Euro Centrale', but first wanted to take a look in my own collection to see if I would have something similar before buying it.

Meet 'L'Esprit from American Apparel, waiting in a drawer for me to use it again. I had completely forgotten about this color. I guess I saved myself some money.

This nail polish is free of DBP, Toluene and Formaldehyde. It's a beautiful pastel lavender with a cream finish. It is opaque after one coat. When I put on two coats, it starts to get a bit thick, but that might say more about my manicure skills. I did apply a base and top coat. Can't go without those anymore.

Do you have a favorite spring shade?

Love,

  2. My top two favorites are Peacock and Office from American Apparel. I always have a hard time deciding between the two when Spring is near! I'm wearing Office right now, in fact.

Well, I do not have a favourite spring shade, that's why I'm always looking for suggestions everywhere, I never decide myself! Thanks for that! =)

  6. This is a lovely color! I always felt weird wearing these pastels colors, but now it's sunddenly trendy again! nail polishes which are opaque after one coat are the best, and hard to find...

    3. I thought it was because of spammers harassing you? The Q&A video that was done awhile ago was very dear to my heart because a question I submitted was answered on it. Doesn't matter anyway, I watched it so many times that I have memorized the scene.

You do know that someone else has re-uploaded several of your deleted videos? I'm hoping he doesn't get into trouble for doing that, I'm assuming that's breaking your copyright or something.
